Broken Bridge (Isle of Palms)

Red Umbrella (Isle of Palms)
This is a wonderful place. Clean sands and alot of things to see and pictures to take. I really enjoyed every minute that I was there.
Ocean Path (Isle of Palms)
Here is one of my pictures of my trips to the Isle of Palms. I took so many pictures that it would take me a long time to put them all out for you to see, but I will show you a few. It is a beautiful place and I will be going back. It is one of my favorite spots in the World. It hasn't been destroyed by urbanization and commercialization yet. What a waste if that happens.
Recipe (Do you like Fish?)
Sesame Grilled Trout
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 fresh trout, about 1 pound each
Preparation:In shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except trou, mix well.Pierce skin of fish in several places with tines of fork. Roll fish in juicemixture to coat inside and out. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove fish frommarinade; reserving marinade.Place fish on a well oiled grill, brush fish with reserved marinade. Cookabout 4 inch from hot coals 5 to 6 minutes. Turn, brush with marinade, cook5 to 6 minutes longer. Fish is done when it flakes easily with fork.

Next Movie has got to be better!!!!
My sister bought a Martha Stewart documentary she is planning on watching. Stay tuned, We will let you know.
About the Movie, Be Cool
The Hottest Comedy of the Year, in my opinion it was terrible. John Travolta you could do better. I told my sister when we were renting the tape that I have never seen you in a bad flick so it must be a good one. Wrong! We want our money back. This movie was beneath you, very degrading to your character. You went from a prince to a frog but you are still a cute frog. My brother in law thought we should call them and see if they wanted us to burn it so they wouldn't have to rent it out to anyone else. Just thought I would let you know. May save you a few bucks.
