Salmon
Drizzle with Extra virgin olive oil
Fry on both sides until Golden Brown

Salmon Sauce
White Wine ½ cp
Balsamic Vinegar ½ cp
2-Tbsp. Of Orange juice
2-Tbsp. Of Lemon juice
2-Tbsp. Of Brown Sugar


Salad
Lettuce
Fresh tarragon cut up and sprinkled over lettuce
Peeled and sliced orange
Roasted almonds
Dressing –
Little honey
little Dry mustard
little White wine
little Extra Virgin olive oil

Fresh Green Beans
Cooked in water
With Lemon peels and one orange peel
Drain
Coat with Extra Virgin olive oil then serve.
