Terry's Mango Chuntney Sauce
2- ripe Mango's peeled and chopped
1- T. chopped garlic
1- T. chopped gingerroot
1- Whole stick of butter (or Margarine can be substituted)
1/4 c. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
1/8 c. Kikkoman Soysauce
1- T. fresh chopped Cilantro
Want to melt 1/2 stick of butter with the garlic and the ginger. Add the mango. Simmer on low about 5 to 10 minutes. Then add the Teriyaki and Soy and the remaining butter. Simmer 5 more minutes until desired consistancy. At the last add Cilantro and pour over anything grilled, preferably fish or chicken. Serve with a side of rice or pasta. It's great!!! Try it over a grilled tuna steak. Let me know what you think.
